Join us for this 45 minute class where we will move and groove with our little ones! For ages walking to 4 years old and their caretaker (not limited to just moms, any grown-up is welcome!). Pelvic Floor Workshop 4/11/25
This pelvic floor workshop with Dr. Rachel Collins (PT/DPT/OCS) will help you learn how to improve leaking with jumping, lifting, running, and other daily activities! Memorial Day Murph Challenge
Join us for our annual Murph Fitness Challenge on Memorial Day, May 26th at 9:00am! Requested $10.00 donation to participate; all proceeds will be donated to the Michael P. Murphy Memorial Scholarship Foundation. Scaling and modification options will be available, as well as a post-workout potluck. Please message us if you are planning to attend!

Why do we do Murph?
Lt. Michael P. Murphy was killed in service in Afghanistan on June 28th, 2005. Lt. Murphy would perform this workout regularly as a Navy Seal. Every year, fitness gyms around the country participate in the Murph Challenge to honor his sacrifice and raise funds for the Lt. Murphy Memorial Scholarship Foundation.

Free Fitness Week
Join us for as many classes as you'd like for the week of Tuesday, May 27th through Saturday, May 31st with no obligation! Our schedule of classes is posted below. All classes are one hour long unless otherwise specified. We offer HIHT (high intensity hybrid training) classes as well as ladies' only boot camp classes. Free Fitness Week
Try as many classes as you'd like during this free trial week of our facility! No financial obligation. We have Ladies' Only Boot Camp classes as well as High Intensity Hybrid Training group classes. Our schedule of classes is posted below - all classes are one hour long and are HIHT, unless otherwise specified. You must register by messaging us to secure your spot!

Olympic Lifting Workshop
Join us for another weightlifting clinic offered by Coach Chris Vasquez from Willpower Strength & Conditioning!
The focus of this clinic will be the competition lifts: snatch, clean, and jerk. We'll start with an intro, followed by a group stretch and warm-up, then get into the snatch until the end of hour 1, followed by the clean and jerk for hour 2.
ALL levels are welcome to join!
Pricing is $35 for members for both hours, $50 for non-members for both hours, $25 for just one of the hours.

Kraken Holiday Party 2024
Come join us for our second annual Kraken holiday party! We will have snacks and drinks to share; feel free to bring a small dish or goodies if you’d like. No open gym this evening, so get dressed up and come hang out for some social time without sweating first!

Ladies' Date - November
Join us for a social outing with your fellow Kraken Queens; we’ll have some cocktails (or mocktails), vent about life, and enjoy some catching up outside of the gym. Hero WOD Clovis
This fun event is for all levels of fitness, from beginner lifter, to the experienced CrossFitter, to the long distance athlete. Join us at 8:00 AM on Saturday October 26th to take on this test of endurance. Time Cap: 3 hours. Stay after for snacks!

Ray, 34, of San Antonio, Texas, assigned to the 2nd Battalion, 35th Infantry Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division, based in Schofield Barracks, Hawaii, was killed on March 15, 2012, in Kunar Province, Afghanistan, when insurgents attacked his unit with an improvised explosive device.

Weightlifting Clinic
Join us on Saturday August 24th for our next Weightlifting Workshop with Chris from WillPower Strength & Conditioning!
Members can join us for this two hour clinic for $35.00 (or $25.00 to attend the first hour only), non-members can join the two hour clinic for $50.00. The focus will be on overhead accessory movements such as the behind the neck snatch press, snatch balance, push press/push jerk/split jerk.

Savage Race

Lewisburg National Night Out
Kraken Athletics will be at the St Mary’s Street park in Lewisburg for our second time at the Lewisburg National Night Out on Tuesday, August 6th! Join us for a workout at the park and bring the family to check out all of the community organizations and activities. This event runs from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and more details will be posted closer to the date.

SUN Pridefest & Summer Craft Fair
Kraken Athletics will have a stand at the SUN Pridefest & Summer Craft Fair in downtown Lewisburg on June 1st! We will be located on the grassy area of the Hufnagle event space with a few activities for kiddos and brochures available. We hope to see you there!

Free Fitness Week
Join us for a free week of fitness from Tuesday, May 28th through Friday May 31st! Attend as many classes as you'd like at no charge and with no financial obligation or commitment. Classes will be modified to every level of fitness experience - including if you have zero fitness experience! - and this is a great way to test out our facility and get a jumpstart on feeling good for the summer.

Memorial Day Murph Challenge 2024
Murph is a CrossFit Hero WOD (workout of the day) designed to honor Navy Lt. Michael P. Murphy, who was killed in action in Afghanistan on June 28th, 2005. The workout is comprised of the following:
1 mile run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 air squats
1 mile run
*with a weight vest (20#/14#).
This workout was one of Lt. Murphy’s favorites, and it is performed in CrossFit boxes around the country to honor the ultimate sacrifice made by Lt. Murphy and all of our fallen heroes.
All proceeds from drop-ins for Murph will go directly to the Lt. Michael P. Murphy Memorial Scholarship Foundation. The drop-in cost for Murph is $10.00 or any donation amount over that, and 100% of donations will go to the scholarship fund. We will have quarter and half Murph options, as well as modifications available for any injury or fitness level.
Post-workout, stick around for a community potluck and other fun surprises before heading off to enjoy the day with family and friends!

Pelvic Floor Health Workshop
This 90 minute pelvic floor workshop will be run by Farrah Mock (RN/pre- and postnatal fitness trainer) on Saturday, May 18th 2024 from 11:30am-1:00pm. We will be doing some movements and exercises in this workshop, so wear comfortable gym attire and bring a water bottle with you! Olympic Lifting Workshop
Coach Christian Vasquez (B.S. in Exercise Science, USAW Level 2, CFL1) from Willpower Strength and Conditioning will be leading an Olympic lifting workshop to help improve clean and snatch techniques. This workshop will introduce the rules of Olympic weightlifting as a sport, work on accessory movements related to the snatch and clean and jerk, and aim to add some weight to current PRs! Cost for members is $35.00, cost for non-members is $50.00 for this two hour workshop. If you’d like to attend but only for 1 hour, the cost is $25.00.

First Annual Holiday Party

Lewisburg Fall Festival
Join us in downtown Lewisburg for the Fall Festival! We will be set up with some treats for the kiddos, and information about our gym and current programs. The festival will take place on Market street from Front Street to 5th Street, S 3rd Street, S 4th Street, and the parking lot behind the post office.

Bonefrog Obstacle Course Race

Lewisburg National Night Out
Join us at St. Mary’s Street Park in Lewisburg for National Night Out! Instead of our regular evening classes, we will run one class at 5:15 PM at the park. This event is a great community night with lots of local businesses and services participating, so feel free to bring the family and walk around after your workout!

Ladies' Only Boot Camp - Thursdays July/August (Copy)
This six week long program will primarily utilize bodyweight movements, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, and aerobic steps in a high-intensity interval training style. It will run from Thursday, July 13th through Thursday, August 17th.

Ladies' Only Boot Camp - Mondays July/August
This six week long program will primarily utilize bodyweight movements, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, and aerobic steps in a high-intensity interval training style. It will run from Monday, July 10th through Monday, August 14th.

Fourth of July WOD
Regular classes will be cancelled and we will hold a community workout at 9:00 AM, similar to our Memorial Day Murph Challenge. Stay posted for the workout announcement! Feel free to bring a dish or drinks to share for a light picnic afterwards.
