Try as many classes as you'd like during this free trial week of our facility! No financial obligation. We have Ladies' Only Boot Camp classes as well as High Intensity Hybrid Training group classes. Our schedule of classes is posted below - all classes are one hour long and are HIHT, unless otherwise specified. You must register by messaging us to secure your spot!

Monday: 5:45am, 8:30am, 4:15pm Ladies' Boot Camp, 5:15pm
Tuesday: 5:45am, 4:15pm, 5:15pm
Wednesday: 5:45am, 8:30am, 5:15pm
Thursday: 5:45am, 4:15pm, 5:15pm, 6:15pm Ladies' Boot Camp
Friday: 5:45am, 8:30am
Saturday: 9:00am, 10:15am Ladies' Boot Camp
