Community Class

This class will challenge you with a variety of body weight strength movements, cardio and aerobic exercise, and light weights to get your heart pumping. Perfect for beginners, or anyone wanting to improve their cardio, this option is offered for free on Saturday mornings at 9:00 AM.

HIHT Classes

In this class we will focus on mobility, high intensity hybrid training, and throwing heavy weight around. If you’re new to HIHT, you will go through our Fundamentals course prior to entering your first class so we can ensure you’re familiar with proper form and technique. Whether you’re looking to improve your back squat or hit some new PRs, this is the place for you.

Ladies’ Only Boot Camp

This class primarily utilizes bodyweight exercises, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, and aerobic steps to build muscle, improve cardiovascular health, and increase core and pelvic floor strength.

Open Gym

During Open Gym, we will have our experienced coaches available to help with form and technique or to offer suggestions on workouts. Hit the workout of the day or come in to do some strength pieces!
