This workshop with Rachel Collins, PT, DPT, OCS, will focus on pelvic floor strengthening exercises to help reduce leaking during running, lifting, jumping, and other daily activities. Come dressed in activewear/comfortable clothing, clean sneakers, and bring a water bottle. Leaking during exercise is common, but it doesn’t have to be your normal!
