Ladies' Only Boot Camp - Mondays July/August

This six week long program will primarily utilize bodyweight movements, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, and aerobic steps in a high-intensity interval training style. It will run from Monday, July 10th through Monday, August 14th.
