Ladies' Only Boot Camp - Thursdays July/August (Copy)

This six week long program will primarily utilize bodyweight movements, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, and aerobic steps in a high-intensity interval training style. It will run from Thursday, July 13th through Thursday, August 17th.
