Free Fitness Week


Join us for a free week of fitness! Try as many classes as you’d like during the week of September 2nd through September 7th. Our schedule for the week is listed below. Additionally, if you are a current member of Kraken, bring a friend for free; if they sign up for a membership, you’ll both receive 40% off your membership for the month of October! Pre-registration is required, please contact us to sign-up for this free week!

Tuesday, September 3rd:

4:15 PM HIHT
5:15 PM HIHT

Wednesday, September 4th:
5:45 AM HIHT
8:30 AM HIHT
5:15 PM HIHT

Thursday, September 5th:
5:45 AM HIHT
4:15 PM Kraken Kids - ages 6-10 only
5:15 PM HIHT
6:15 PM Ladies’ Only Boot Camp

Friday, September 6th:
5:45 AM HIHT
8:30 AM HIHT

Saturday, September 7th:
9:00 AM Community Class
10:15 AM Ladies’ Only Boot Camp
