Join us for as many classes as you’d like the week of January 8th through 12th for free! Schedule of classes is listed below. Please email or text to pre-register so we know how many to expect!

Mondays: 5:45am, 8:30am, 4:15pm Ladies' Only Boot Camp, 5:15pm, 6:15pm Open Gym
Tuesdays: 5:45am, 4:15, 5:15, 6:15pm Open Gym
Wednesdays: 5:45am, 8:30am, 5:15pm, 6:15pm Open Gym
Thursdays: 5:45am, 4:15pm, 5:15, 6:15pm Ladies' Only Boot Camp
Fridays: 5:45am, 8:30am, 4:15pm-7:15pm Open Gym
Saturdays: 9:00am Community Class
