Join us for as many classes as you'd like for the week of Tuesday, May 27th through Saturday, May 31st with no obligation! Our schedule of classes is posted below. All classes are one hour long unless otherwise specified. We offer HIHT (high intensity hybrid training) classes as well as ladies' only boot camp classes. Specialty events/workshops are not included in this free week. Pre-registration is required; reach out to us to secure your spot!

Wednesday: 5:45am, 8:30am, 5:15pm
Thursday: 5:45am, 4:15pm, 5:15pm, 6:15pm Ladies' Boot Camp
Friday: 5:45am, 8:30am
Saturday: 9:00am Community Class, 10:15am Ladies' Boot Camp
