Ladies’ Only Boot Camp - Mondays

Hey ladies and mamas!  When was the last time you did something for yourself?  As we head into the busy summer months and start scheduling our kids for camps, our partners for vacations, our families for get-togethers, we can get lost in the shuffle.  Don’t let your own self-care be the last thing you prioritize!  


HIIT (high intensity interval training) has been shown to decrease blood sugar, increase insulin resistance, reduce blood pressure, improve your oxygen and blood flow, and raise metabolic rate for hours post-exercise.  Additionally, the mental health benefits of regular exercise - decreased rates of depression/anxiety, increased cognitive function, improvement in mood and self-esteem - will make your summer that much sunnier in many ways.


We are offering a six-week ladies’ only Body Boot Camp class at a discounted rate!  This class will primarily use bodyweight movements with limited equipment use including resistance bands, dumbbells, kettlebells, and aerobic steps.  If you’ve ever wanted to try HIIT, this is your chance!  We all know how hard it is to work out at home by yourself - come to this class to meet a community of like-minded ladies and create accountability and fun around your fitness.  Contact us today to sign up!
